How much does it cost to move to Auckland?
Long moves are priced by volume, not by the hour. A full 30 cubic metre household to Auckland is around $14,000. Christchurch to Dunedin is from $95 per cubic metre and Nelson from $110. Tell us roughly what you have and we'll come back with a clear number.
How often do your trucks run?
We run the South Island every week, so you are rarely waiting long for a slot. Tell us your dates and we will fit you into the next run that works.
Do I have to pay for a whole truck?
No. On a long move you pay for the cubic metres your goods actually take up, so a part load costs a fraction of a full one. It is how most people move between cities.
Do you pick up in the North Island?
We are a South Island company. We pick up in Christchurch, Dunedin and Central Otago and deliver anywhere in New Zealand. If you are moving the other way, tell us anyway and we will point you to someone good.
Can you store things if the dates do not line up?
Yes. Storage in Christchurch and Dunedin, short or long term — common on long moves, where settlement dates rarely match at both ends.
